This is a different Elsie cup than I see on Ebay etc., and I bet you don’t have one like it but you need it for your collection. Cup was made as a promotional item and there are no manufacture marks on the bottom. The top of the cup “flares” out a little and the bottom “flares” in. It is totally different from any other Elsie cup I have seen. It is 3 ½ inches tall and is in excellent condition. Shipping $9.50
1940's Cup has Elsie’s smiling face enclosed in a blue background circle. She is on one side of the cup with ELSIE printed. On the bottom in gold lettering is “Universal-Cambridge.O. Oven Proof , Made in U S A The Borden Co. and other important manufacture info. There is a gold strip around the rim of the cup. It is a tad over 3 inches tall, and in excellent condition and I know you would enjoy it in your collection.

This is a rare cup from The Borden Co., used as a plant promotion for Safety Quality and Productivity. The bottom has China on it, and the front has SQP in big letters and Safety-Quality-Productivity, under it, on top of the SQP is a row of roses. A gold lapel Rose pin was available with the cups, and maybe I will come across it soon. This would be a nice addition to your Borden Items.

Very rare and unusual Borden item. Set of 4 Kirk Stieff Pewter Jefferson Cups. As you can see from the picture they have a bright finish. They have never been used and are still in the original box. Each cup is etched with Borden and were used as a promotional item.

I can’t do justice in describing this item. It is a must have for the avid Borden Elsie collector. Clear 4 ½ inch tall, 2 ¼ inch round glass, with a picture of three kids and BORDENS GANG on one side. The glass is filled with “milk” Elmer’s glue and a half pint Borden milk carton attached with Elmer’s glue, looking as if the milk is being poured into the glass. Carton is your normal school carton with “HEY KIDS! Join the BORDEN GANG on one side. Bottom of carton has EF Marketing Advertising and Promotion. Each glass is etched with BORDEN on one side and used by the Borden Dairy plants as gifts for customers and employees. They are 8 oz drinking glasses; they have never been used and are in the original box. I know you would enjoy drinking Borden milk from these.
